TOGETHER WE WIN® **THE OPPORTUNITY** The SVP, Director, Foreign Exchange Sales is responsible for the origination, retention, and expansion of foreign exchange sales activities across Community Banking, Specialty Finance, and Venture Banking (collectively the “Banc”). This individual should possess a deep understanding of the Foreign Exchange market and strong on-desk leadership skills. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** + Partner with Bankers and Global Treasury Management Sales (GTM) in their efforts to identify and win new Foreign Exchange opportunities including spot, forward, and swap deals. + Structure Foreign Exchange solutions customized to the needs and objectives of the Banc’s clients. + Negotiate terms & fees with clients. + Build a pipeline of qualified FX opportunities. + Continued interaction with clients, Bankers, and GTM to deliver best-in-class execution, pre- and post-closing. + Thoughtfully prepare client facing material for strategic opportunities and engagement. + Act as Foreign Exchange subject matter expert and trusted advisor. + Actively participate to the development of new Foreign Exchange products aimed at addressing the Bank’s clients’ specific objectives and needs. + Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions. + Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action. + Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the company’s goals and values. + Performs the position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others and will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
