**Overview**
The SVP, Investment oversees investment, activation, and portfolio management across all media channels. They provide consistent leadership by bringing new ideas, innovation, and opportunities to the client on a regular basis. The SVP, Investment develops go to market investment strategy, recommendation and POV's, while providing effective leadership of negotiations and creating strong vendor relationships.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Portfolio management of media investment across all channels and brands
+ Provide consistent leadership through bringing new ideas, innovations and opportunities to clients on a frequent and regular basis
+ Lead management and tracking of KPIs and ensure 100% contract compliance
+ Bridge gap between teams by sharing best practices and ensuring standard ways of working are employed
+ Provide thought leadership in alternative buying models and integrated projects
+ Ensure team members are adopting the best in class tools, techniques, and systems
+ Own client relationship and education relating to media investment across all channels
+ Provide counsel on marketplace trends and investment expertise for clients and client teams
+ Maintain, develop and grow relationships with appropriate client level contacts
+ Inject ideas, innovation and leading industry developments into every assignment, including day-to-day client communications
+ Manage negotiation and implementation of added value inventory, research partnerships and custom sponsorship elements when applicable
+ Strong and proven ability to trouble-shoot and quickly problem solve campaign management issues as they arise
+ Consistently drive the use of analytics to inform/validate investment strategies, tactical planning and on-going optimizations across all media
**Responsibilities**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent
+ 12+ years of media buying experience, with progressive levels of responsibility, across all channels
+ Previous team management experience
+ Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of how to add incremental value without compromising communication needs
+ Ability to package, merchandise, and sell in concepts and new opportunities
+ Strategic thinking, ability to see the bigger picture
+ Problem-solver with strong project management experience
+ Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
+ Excellent communication, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to think creatively
+ Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $176,700- $263,655 annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
