SVP, Healthcare Marketing
The SVP, Healthcare Marketing will be directly responsible for building and leading the strategy, planning, execution and measurement of omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth and deliver business objectives across multiple and varied customer segments. The SVP is required to understand respective business areas, strategies and customer needs, setting the prioritization of marketing initiatives with leadership and ensuring that these initiatives provide maximum return on investment. This role is accountable for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand and address their needs to enable business priorities with world-class marketing strategies and high-quality team execution. The SVP will have a thorough understanding of how to leverage the whole of Inmar assets to effectively position our products/services to drive customer and commercial success.

This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development of annual marketing plans that support the overall business strategic plans. This includes prioritization of initiatives, target setting (KPIs), budget planning and forecasting. The SVP will also direct and monitor operational performance with the team, review budgets and performance metrics and take actions necessary to drive performance management to meet the defined business goals for Healthcare.

Primary Accountabilities: 

Strategic

Collaborates with divisional leadership on business strategy, go-to-market alignment, organizational management, resourcing, and delivery of P&L goals.

Partners with key leaders to understand the short, mid, and long-term needs of the business. Translates this into a resource plan and strategic vision that identifies and prioritizes the growth/investment in marketing to advance Inmar Healthcare’s position within specific customer segments and/or the market position of specific products/services.

Responsible for keeping Healthcare’s brand in sync with Inmar’s evolution and the changing markets; work to increase Healthcare Brand awareness.

Develops and executes go-to-market strategies, including market research, positioning, and messaging to ensure successful product introductions; collaborate with sales and product teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Develop an annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; provide staffing, budgets and timelines.

Develop strategy for Inmar owned channels and responsible for executing integrated online/offline, SEM/SEO, advertising, PR, Corporate level webinars and other campaigns to generate awareness, demand and sales. 

Conduct market research and monitor market trends in order to remain competitive and meet overall objectives; identify opportunities based on insights from the research.

Develop an ongoing press pipeline and manage all the parts of a successful PR plan including paid, owned and earned; build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.

Direct implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices; ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement.

Leverage a deep level understanding of Inmar product solutions with the ability to understand client needs, describe value propositions, and effectively evaluate the best ways to communicate our sales story using data. 

Evaluate new marketing technologies and ensure the company is ahead of the industry.

Continuously improve and elevate Inmar’s creative capabilities.

Partner with sales and business leaders to identify key sales objectives, and provide support on sales efforts including lead gen, training, the development and execution of plans, pitch development, and key messaging.

Monitor trends and benchmark activities to anticipate and prepare for future or emerging marketing solutions with consideration for business and user needs and evolve our strategy over time to meet the changing landscape.

Represent Inmar in the Industry with the collaboration with over 150 groups for our external presence at trade shows and events.

Leadership

Builds, manages and empowers a team of marketing leaders who design and support the execution of programs that drive growth and propel business objectives at a customer segment and/or product/service level.

Work collaboratively with product marketing, sales enablement and business leaders as well as other functional areas such as finance and legal and HR to understand and address business issues and develop meaningful analytics and reporting to contribute to its overall success of the business.

Drive analytical rigor and deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing efforts; establish and drive key metrics which measure business impact at the macro and micro levels.

Lead the staff development, process improvement, and training needs of the Lead Gen, Client Strategy, Business Insights, and Sales Training teams, driving collaboration and strategy designed to enhance Inmar offerings and enable sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Demonstrate skill in evaluating lead generation, sales strategy, client needs, internal and external data sources and insights to develop a compelling and influential sales story.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree; Master’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience in sales, marketing, business development; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

Strong command of marketing strategy, planning, execution and analytics

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business analysis for strategic planning and initiatives; identifying key issues, evaluating competitive market trends, tracking results and formulating recommendations to leadership

Senior-level Healthcare industry experience highly preferred

Has strong executive presence and presentation skills and shows courage of convictions

Can lead without title authority; ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed environment

Can champion and drive change in the face of adversity

Strong organizational agility, not intimidated by ambiguity or change

Models behaviors consistent with a high-performance culture
