Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President, Information Technology will oversee the Information Technology (IT) team and platform for the organization to include working hands-on with system architecture, cybersecurity, Application Development, System Integration and IT operations. This role collaborates with the executive and field leadership teams to develop corporate and operational strategies which result in an IT platform that enables predictable, consistent and efficient operations in all aspects of business function. Guided by the objectives of the company, the SVP of IT provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper IT controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and human capital talent in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.

Collaborate with the business to develop and implement plans for the IT infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the objectives of the company.Operate a stable, reliable and predictable technology ecosystem. Drive high system availability and drive a culture of continuous improvement on IT Service Management. Reduce defects/incidents and create opportunities for field self-service.Focus financial resources on efforts that drive differentiation and minimize spend on overhead items.Represent a technological capability perspective with respect to understanding and addressing business challenges and opportunities where appropriate.Identify, communicate and deploy the strategic objectives and determine specific information requirements for the business.Predictable execution of committed project work. Partner with Resource Center and Field leaders to implement applications and systems that drive growth, create excellent patient experiences and drive in-clinic efficiencies for staff.Review and evaluate project feasibility studies based on business requirements and priorities.Manage and develop staff, to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation and feedback, and corrective actions.Lead the IT diligence and integration of any M&A projects.Achieve desired results through the use of budgets, proper contracts and efficient decision making; Responsible for directing capital planning and expenditures.Implement the installation, operation and continued maintenance of information systems and equipment.Partner with corporate and field leaders to drive adoption of changes to the technology ecosystem.Remain current on new developments in information systems technology, and plans for future upgrades and organizational changes.Keep abreast of governmental regulations applicable to systems operations and ensures corporate compliance.Responsible for the objective measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external; Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the IT system.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of patient experience initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and provide regular reports to SVP and C-suite leaders.

Job Requirements/Specifications:

 

Education and Experience:  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferredSeven to ten years of related operational experience; experience in Healthcare is a plusExperience developing and executing strategic plans to include the alignment of IT programs to corporate objectivesExperience in managing budgets across multiple departments

Physical Demands: 

Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e. while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Work Environment: 

Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.Intermittent travel (up to 25%) across company footprint

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Minimum Salary/Wage USD $200,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/Wage USD $300,000.00/Yr.
