SVP, LATAM FXO Trader

We are looking for the person to run our LATAM FXO trading business, based in our head office in New York, United States

As our SVP, LATAM FXO Trader you will:

Achieve the Annual Operating Plan budget and be within the direct cost target
Expand and recalibrate the business footprint
Embed, grow, nurture and monetise the client partnership, listening to the qualitative feedback and enhancing the client experience
Build an environment that allows people to flourish, leaving a true legacy, creating a business people look up to and want to be part of, challenge the norm, be innovative, have a desire to be the best and drive a high performance culture inline with our conduct
Delivering the products, services and infrastructure that our clients demand, including building and driving capabilities in systematic trading, partnering with HSBC AiMarkets
Developing the tools to enable our staff to maximise their work
Building and assuming ownership of a robust resilient, front to back operating model to deliver best in class client solutions and product development

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $250,000.00 and $250,000.00


The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
