Description Position at SBM Management

SBM is searching for an SVP, Marketing to join our team! The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, campaign management, marketing technology, marketing analytics, and budget administration. The SVP, Marketing is responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand equity, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. Responsibilities:   Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and goals. Oversee the development of high-impact creative assets, including campaigns, content, and multimedia storytelling. Lead a team of designers, content creators, and brand strategists to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Drive innovation in creative direction, including AI-powered content, interactive media, and experiential marketing.    Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI teams to enhance digital user experiences. Partner with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment between marketing, revenue, and business growth objectives. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies. Develop and execute marketing attribution models to measure ROI and improve marketing spend efficiency. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Foster and build a collaborative culture focused on innovation, creativity, and results. Ensure all marketing materials are visually cohesive, creative, and align with brand guidelines. Oversee all firm internal and external events in partnership with Business Development  Assist senior leaders with the implementation of the learning and development system, as well as provide training on synching marketing and messaging with business development.

 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with expertise in both creative direction and marketing technology.Experience in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or SaaS environments.Background in creative design, multimedia production, or digital experience design. Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.Proven ability to blend brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing.Knowledge of AR/VR marketing, Web3 strategies, and emerging media platforms. Deep knowledge of digital advertising, marketing automation, AI-powered marketing, and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI, video content, and experiential marketing.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to act as a key business partner and advisor to all senior leadership.  Leadership ability to grow and develop a high-performance marketing team with a proven record of success.Compensation: TBDShift: Full Time
