The Citi Retail Services **SVP, Program Manager** oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within the organization to ensure they align with strategic goals, meet deadlines, and stay within budget, by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies between projects, and communicating progress to stakeholders; essentially acting as a leader to achieve a larger organizational objective through effective program management.
**INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Direct the creation of multiple programs and manage their alignment to business goals.
+ Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
+ Identify stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships with each throughout the program lifecycle.
+ Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs.
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure program and project scope meets business objectives.
+ Work with program sponsors to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
+ Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
+ Identifying and mitigating risks, proactively addressing potential challenges.
+ Managing and overseeing control design and operating effectiveness reviews, providing recommendations on enhancements.
+ Drive adherence to program and project policy, processes, procedures, methods, and standards.
+ Support Program Sponsors with ensuring proper resourcing for programs, even when those resources are owned by other departments, to ensure the program can be completed.
+ Identify risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
+ Responsible for communications to leadership on program statuses, issues, escalations and risk dispositions on a timely basis.
+ Responsible for general program oversight of assigned programs with a focus on readiness and on-time and on-budget delivery.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 10+ years of experience in Product, Program, or Project Management
+ Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
+ 2 plus years of experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
+ 2 plus years of experience at creating decks, process flows, procedures, project/tasks/mitigation plans
+ A strong understanding of business procedures, financial services, and technical terminology
+ Organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
+ Clearly understands waterfall and agile practices and principles, has experience in Scrum
+ Proficient in Microsoft products: PPT, Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
