The origination, servicing, and collection of Residential Construction loans including both vertical construction and lot development.
Essential Job Functions
1. Develop and manage business relationships by understanding the unique needs of our customers and provide appropriate financial solutions for construction loans.
2. Drive origination of Residential Construction loans while managing risk and accurately assessing financial statements.
3. Manage on-going servicing of Residential Construction loans through loan portfolio management.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues promptly, and builds customer loyalty.
5. Represent the Bank with continued business development activities within the market area.
6. Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of the other essential job functions
7. Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or similar degree, or commensurate work experience required.
2. Minimum five (5) years “In-Market” experience as a Residential Construction lender required.
