As a Southeast Asia (SEA) Regional Sales Manager, you are selling the " Value" of Quest products - building sales strategies, developing your sales team, working cross-functionally to develop existing accounts and identify further opportunities for potential prospects and assigned partners across the member countries of ASEAN. The role requires understanding of the Quest Solutions, the business value derived and an ability to articulate the business transformation impact for our target markets.

 

The role requires a sales-oriented skill set biased toward accountability, actionability and persistence and contains a strong Channel selling requirement. It also requires a bias towards relationship building and a service-oriented skill set capable to assist and help customers and partners while ensuring Quest goals are always met.  

 

Responsibilities

-Meeting assigned sales and target pipelines.

-Working cross functionally to create sales campaigns and closely coordinating company involvement with customers and partners.

-Coordinate & support demand generation activities to grow pipeline.

-Identifying, recruiting, and supporting the onboarding of prospective go-to-market partners.

-Implement a structured and pragmatic sales execution plan with a defined set of partners and in accordance with the Quest Partner program.

-Ability to build a deeper and sustainable partnership with customers and partners; and drive to increase sales results relative to our core competitors,

-Articulate, advocate, and support localization requirements for partners and to Quest product management.

-Candidates should be willing to travel within SEA as necessary and internationally infrequently.

Qualifications

-Minimum of 8 years enterprise sales experience-Software sales preferred.

-Previous experience as a people manager/multinational team leader.

-In addition to direct selling, channel selling experience is highly desirable.

-Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, either as hardware, software, virtual/hybrid, or as pure cloud solution preferred.

-Experience selling deals more than US500K as a single transaction highly desirable.

-Familiarity with use of Salesforce highly preferred.

-Prior experience with the MEDDIPICC opportunity management process highly desirable

-Proficiency in identifying, recruiting, and supporting the onboarding of prospective go-to-market partners.

-Candidates should be able to demonstrate evidence of previous experience selling to and coaching sellers to be able to sell to decision makers with procurement authority (AKA “Economic Buyers”).

-Candidates should be able to read and write English proficiently.

-Collaborative skills and ability to work with cross functional teams is essential.

-Candidates must be willing and able to take initiative, not wait to be told what to do before acting.
