We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be a part of our Software Sales Team based in Melbourne. The role is focused on building deeper, wider relationships across Malaysian region.
As a Sales Account Manager at Quest, you will be responsible for driving the “value” of Quest’s products by developing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities with potential prospects and assigned partners across Malaysia. This role requires a deep understanding of Quest’s solutions, their business value, and the ability to effectively communicate their transformative impact to target markets.
Your success in this role demands a results-driven sales mindset focused on accountability, execution, and persistence. It also requires strong channel sales expertise and a relationship-building orientation to support and empower partners while consistently achieving Quest’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
-Achieve assigned sales targets and build a robust sales pipeline.
-Design and execute sales campaigns, coordinating company resources for effective customer engagement.
-Drive demand generation activities to expand the sales pipeline.
-Identify, recruit, and facilitate the onboarding of new go-to-market partners.
-Implement a structured and pragmatic sales execution plan in alignment with the Quest Partner Program
-Develop sustainable partnerships with key partners to increase market share and outperform competitors
-Travel as required within Malaysia and occasionally internationally
QualificationsYour success as a Sales Account Manager, you bring to the role the following skills, but not limited to:
-Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience, with a preference for software sales.
-Channel sales experience is highly desirable.
-Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, whether hardware, software, virtual/hybrid, or cloud-based, is preferred.
-Demonstrated success in closing transactions exceeding USD $250,000 is advantageous.
-Proficiency with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
-Familiarity with MEDDIPICC opportunity management processes is highly desirable.
-Expertise in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding go-to-market partners.
-Proven ability to sell to decision-makers with procurement authority (e.g., “Economic Buyers”).
-Strong English reading and writing skills (spoken English proficiency is preferred).
-Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
-Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Self-motivated with a proactive approach; capable of taking initiative without waiting for direction.
-A service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
