SWAC Executive and DAG Support SpecialistKBR is seeking an experienced Executive and DAG Support Specialist to support the Space Warfighting Analysis Center’s (SWAC) Front Office team in Colorado Springs, CO.
As a SWAC Executive and DAG Support Specialist, you will provide on-site support to SWAC leadership and staff. You will receive direction from SWAC leadership, provide support services to the Deputy Director, and serve as a strategic advisor to optimize day-to-day operation of the SWAC by providing expert, comprehensive knowledge of SWAC responsibilities, priorities, and projects; developing and evangelizing daily business practices; and help to manage, guide and direct the Director’s staff to maximize its effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Record, track, and work Action Items part of the Deputy Director’s responsibilitiesDevelop briefings, bullet background papers, and other correspondence and create staff packages for SWAC leadership’s coordination and approvalManage SWAC Deputy Director’s dynamic daily calendar and travel schedule, interfacing with senior officers/executives from multiple military commands and intelligence agencies, and facilitating communication between SWAC senior executives and staffSchedule meetings/events to maximize the Deputy Director’s and senior leaders’ time. Identify meeting participants, subject matter experts (SMEs) and required materials to thoroughly address the issue, produce solutions, direct further study, or re-vector the effortEnsure the Deputy Director is prepared for each event on their schedule, to include scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, subject matter experts, and arranging advanced meetings, as requiredSupport the SWAC DAG in analyzing incoming taskings with a critical mindset to determine the appropriate product and information required for responseEstablish and maintain effective working relationships within the Space, IC, and stakeholder communities and understand their organizational goals/objectives, parochial views and their impact to SWACPerform broad duties such as screening/filtering phone calls; setting up VTCs, receiving/escorting visitors; scheduling conference rooms; writing meeting minutes; making copies; and managing records management Assist security personnel with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests, etc., as requiredArrange travel plans for SWAC Deputy Director using the Defense Travel System (DTS), to book flights, lodging, and ground transportation to meet mission requirements.Infrequent travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the GovernmentOther duties as required/requested by the Government within the constraints of the contractQualifications:
Required:
An active Top Secret/SCI clearance, agreeable to polygraph, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.Education: Bachelor's degree10 years of experience in a Director’s Action Group or similar role supporting Senior Executives in classified environmentsExceptional professionalism and strong experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive informationExceptional interpersonal and communications skills via phone, email and in-personDemonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships and teams with government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors, working in a highly dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior government leadersProficient with security processes/procedures (e.g., document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests) in TS/SCI and SAP environmentsCapable of opening/closing SWAC office spacesStrong experience with office management procedures, equipment and information management systems such as on-line calendars, Task Management Tool (TMT), security clearance visit request information systems, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Experience with working in special access program and special access required environmentsDesired:
Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraphMaster's degreePrior experience as an A&AS contractor in a DoD, MDA, or IC organizationWork Environment:

Basic Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000
This range is for Colorado only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
