About the Role: Imagine yourself as an SWD Operator, responsible for maintaining records for daily reports, performing maintenance on pumps and other equipment with minimal or no supervision. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Salt Water Disposal (SWD) facilities.

Responsibilities: 

Operational Activity: 

Clean out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations.  Provide excellent customer service while interacting with truck drivers.  Check loads to ensure the fluid is acceptable for disposal.  Proactively monitor water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters.  Conduct daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions.  Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance.
