As a SWIFT Monitoring Analyst within the Payment Lifecycle team, you will be exposed to opportunities including monitoring and maintaining various application infrastructures. You will act as a single point of contact for the Line of Business and external service providers for all applications and connectivity related issues. Escalate all issues and alerts to the incident manager in order to remediate and resolve incidents with minimal business impact. This role is for EMEA shift and a 24/7 function. 

Job responsibilities

Works on understanding current Swift architecture and infrastructure and impacts to business caused by disruption to message / transaction flowsEnsure all systems and queues are monitored across all platformsInvestigate all alerts and take the necessary actionOpen and Initiate Service Centre TicketsIdentify and escalate any issues via the Incident management process and participate in the Incident calls by providing facts, impacts and details from an Operations perspectiveParticipate in business requirement activities and ensure all monitoring tasks are considered for being automatedSupport any testing activities and implementation events as requiredTake ownership of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and where appropriate create new documentsParticipate in Command Center activities including cross training
