As a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard/Deck Ambassador, you will be on the front lines of our life-saving mission. You'll be responsible for delivering our proven and progressive swim instruction, ensuring the safety of our swimmers, and fostering a supportive community within our facilities.

How You'll Contribute:

- By providing gentle, progressive swim instruction tailored to each individual's pace.

- By being an ambassador of safety and a proponent of our school's core values.

- By working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.


What You'll Do:

- Lead and instruct swim classes for a range of ages and abilities, following our established curriculum.

- Manage day-to-day operations in the pool area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

- Engage with parents and guardians, offering feedback and fostering a community of care and success.


Requirements:

- A commitment to our mission of safety and community service.

- Comfort in the water and a willingness to complete our instructor training program.

- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, year round.


Preferred:

- Experience in teaching, coaching, or childcare.

- Swimming experience

- Current lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain one through our training(not required)
