About Us:

Milford Regional Medical Center is a full-service, community and regional teaching hospital located in Milford, Mass. and serves patients from more than 20 towns in Central Massachusetts. Statement of Purpose:

According to specified procedures, operates the console switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls; performs various hospital communications and clerical duties; acts as hospital receptionist.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.  Ability to learn and be trained in all procedures and duties as outlined above. Prior experience in an office setting preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Prior switchboard experiences a plus.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends.  All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
