Switchboard Order Engineer

What will you do? 

-Review incoming orders to verify all information required to process the order is available. 

-Prepare detailed drawings, create parts, & manipulate BOMs to meet customer design specifications & conform to UL891 standards. 

-Process orders in a timely manner with minimal errors. 

-Works with Sales, Order Management, Customer Service, Assemblers, & Testing personnel to address any issues.


What will you need to succeed? 

-BS in Engineering (BSEE with strong mechanical competence preferred). 

-2- 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. 

-AutoCAD, Creo or equivalent software knowledge. 

-Proficient with MS-Office applications. 

-Ability to read and interrupt drawings 

-Highly motivated, detail oriented, with ability to maintain focus while interacting with many different internal and external teams.

- Technical knowledge of low voltage power distribution electrical products. 

- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. 

- Experience with Switchgear/Switchboards and PLC. 

- SAP, Ebase, Teamcenter
