Support local R&D department and local factory for maintaining the product quality in both internal factory and from installed base by data analysis or data solutions. 支持本地研发部门及本地工厂，通过数据分析或数据解决方案维持产品在生产过程及装机端的质量。 2. Support project development and other departments by data analysis or data solutions. 通过数据分析或数据解决方案支持项目开发及其他部门。 3. Clearly understand the business workflow and problem, find the correct and meaningful data from different data source for the problem. 清晰理解商业/工作流程中的问题，从不同数据源中识别和寻找能够解决问题的数据。 4. Inspect and monitor the data quality issue, and develop algorithms to improve the data quality, ensure the analysis is basing on credible data source. 检测和监控数据质量问题，开发算法改善数据质量，确保数据分析基于可靠的数据源。 5. Gather and integrate the data from multiple heterogeneous data source, cleanse and process data for analysis. 收集并整合多种异构数据源，进行数据清洗和处理。 6. Experience经验
1. Over 2 years working experiences in data analysis; 2年以上数据分析相关工作经验; 2. Proficient in using Excel or Power BI tools to make reports; 熟练使用Excel 或Power BI等可视化工具制作报表； 3. Familiar with SQL, Power BI, Python and other development tools and languages; 熟悉SQL, Power BI, Python等开发工具和语言; 4. Experience in Azure-DevOps Board configuration for Agile project management is preferred; 具有搭建配置Azure-DevOps Board用于敏捷项目管理相关经验者优先; 5. Quick thinking and strong learning ability; 思维敏捷， 具有较强的学习能力; 6. Strong Communication Skill and Project Management Ability 较强的沟通技巧以及项目管理能力

Education教育 Bachelor’s degree or above major in Statistics, Mathmatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or closely related discipline 统计学、数学、计算机、软件工程、生物医学工程或其他相近工科专业，本科或本科以上学历。
