工作内容：
Responsible for the facility administration and maintenance; responsible for factory security. 负责设施的管理和维护，负责工厂的安保工作。 1. RespOur global team:.onsible for the management of Facility equipment (Building automation&control,HVAC system, process cooling water system, Security, Fire fighting, special gas supply,sewage water and waste gas treatment etc.).负责设施设备的维护管理（楼宇自动化控制系统，暖通系统，工艺冷却水，安保，消防，特种气体,废水废气处理等）。 2. Responsible for the management of Facility equipment(including power distribution, compress air,lighting system,plumbing system, drainage system etc.). 负责设施设备的维护管理(包括配电系统，空压，照明，管道，给排水等)。 3. Deal with and manage the relationship with the service supplier； Maintain and improve the existing service & cooperation.Make reasonable facilities maintenance plans, and good spare parts plans. 处理与协调工厂和供应商之间的关系;维护和改善现有的服务和合作。制定合理的设施保养计划，做好备品备件工作。 4. Responsible for the management of Facility infrastructure (buildings, greening, cleaning, floor, modification and expansion, etc.). 负责基础设施的管理（建筑，绿化，清洁，地坪，改扩建等）。 5. Responsible for site security daily inspection & monitor and annual fire drill. 负责工厂安全日常检查监督以及年度防火演习. 6. Other temporary work. 其它临时工作。
工作经验：At least 5 years experiences of HVAC, actual transformation experience of HVAC projects from technical requirements to final delivery to production,with experience of cleaning room is perfect. 5年以上暖通空调维护经验，有相关暖通项目改造实践经验：从技术要求到最终交付生产，有洁净房维护经验尤佳
Solid maintenance & renovation experience of facility infrastructure,for energy-saving & continuous improvement. 丰富的基础设施的维护维修及节能改造，持续改善的经验。
Good communication and management skills of the supplier.
良好的供应商管理和沟通能力。
Experience of fire maintenance and management, electrical maintenance, building automatic control is preferred, and be familiar with majority building automation and control products and control systems in the market.
具有消防维护和管理、电气维护、楼宇自动化化控制的经验尤佳，熟悉市场上主流的楼宇自动化控制产品和控制系统。
Able to read general English technical manuals.
