Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for mechanical development of HV power supply product, including parts and construction design, as well as process optimization. Realizing product from drawing to processing, sample assembly and test to production with high performance and cost-effective delivery. 1. You will design mechanical component and system for HV power supply product, including concept and detailed construction design, verification, supplier parts qualification and system integration. 2. You will be responsible for mechanical component and process design to ensure definition and timely development of high quality and cost-effective products. 3. You will work closely with other team members to optimize the construction of HV power supply. 4. You will create and maintain required design documents, including parts drawings, BOM. specification, test spec and report. 5. You will be responsible for drawing release in SAP, management and sustaining in team center. 6. You collaborate on the product definition / product structure plan. 7. You will be responsible for product quality engineering. 8. You will participate in process review of SCM and provide optimization suggestion if necessary.
Your qualifications and experience: 1. You have bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, e.g. mechanics, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, etc. 2. You have proven working experience on mechanical design and engineering, experience on seal construction is a plus. 3. You have over 3 years’ experience in designing & development solutions for mechanical component or system. 4. You are skilled at CAD developing tools, NX and team center is preferred. 5. You have good understanding and in-depth experience of common material and process of mechanical parts, e.g. sheet metal, casting and welding. 6. You have project leadership experience, excellent communication & influence skill, and cooperate with worldwide partners. 7. Your knowledge on medical regulatory and corresponding requirement, working experience with IEC-60601,ISO13485 is preferred. 8. You are good at oral, reading and writing English.
