The Content Producer, a member of the Programming & Media Networks Synergy team, supports the Disney Experiences division of The Walt Disney Company. They are responsible for developing and producing cutting edge broadcast production specials, episodic series and long-form marketing content. This position requires experience in the development of branded content and integrations from both a marketing and advertising perspective, with an eye towards synergistic opportunities, as well as comprehensive production skills and the ability to creatively integrate marketing strategy elements into an entertaining format. This position requires strong personal skills and comprehensive production skills as well as creative abilities. This is a dynamic, high-performance, high-pressure position that requires a natural leader who is diplomatic, a self-starter, demonstrates a great attitude. Flexibility is also required as there will be frequent field work which can include travel to remote locations to supervise field production operations, which can fall outside of the normal 9-5 business day. You will report to the Production Dir-Programming. This is a Full-Time role. **What You Will Do:** + Create marketing content opportunities across The Walt Disney Company and all outside parties. + Oversee all aspects of production including: pre-production, planning, and development, as well as the execution of all live or taped segments, in the studio and on location at various Disney Properties both domestic and international. + Deliver quality content for broadcast, streaming, digital, social and other long-form marketing content that capitalizes on advertising the Disney Experiences brand. + Work closely with Disney leadership, synergy partners, production company producers, show directors, and internal parks operational support teams to manage the ever-changing needs of a project. + Coordinate with park operations regarding logistics for on-site productions, as well as maintaining budgetary control for daily operations. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + Minimum 5 years’ experience in Broadcast production and/or live show format in operations or production management role in the following areas: + Network/Cable Television/Streaming + Production Company/Studio + Live production, shoot management + Commercials, On-Air Promotions, Interstitials, Music Videos, Shorts, Digital - Platforms, Long-form Content + Extensive background in live studio and field television production and of post-production and delivery. + Familiarity with the latest television broadcast technologies and a strong technical knowledge and innovative ideas on how to improve production. + Strong understanding of social and digital media landscape. + Organizational, time management, and negotiation skills are key. + Management skills are required to lead a diverse, cross-functional team. + Proficient in file transfer software. + Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays + Travel will be required. **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
