**Responsibilities**
The **System Manager for the Delivery Optimization Group** will support IT operations by managing demand, project governance, financial processes, and IT service optimization. Reporting to senior leadership, this position serves as a key partner to business units, driving alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring efficient operations and continuous process improvements.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
**IT Strategy and Planning:**
+ Assist in the development and execution of IT strategies that support organizational business objectives.
+ Partner with leadership to align IT projects and initiatives with company goals and strategic roadmaps.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Collaborate with business and IT leadership to ensure IT initiatives support broader business strategies.
+ Facilitate communication between IT and business units to identify areas where IT can deliver value.
**Administrative and Operational Support:**
+ Manage day-to-day administrative operations within IT, including staffing, procurement, and resource allocation.
+ Ensure IT processes and tools are operationally effective and continuously improved.
**Governance and Project Management:**
+ Implement governance frameworks to prioritize and manage IT demand, ensuring alignment with business needs.
+ Manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
+ Use standardized templates, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and report on IT initiatives.
**Tooling and Process Ownership:**
+ Maintain ownership of IT tooling that supports project management and service delivery.
+ Continuously assess and improve IT tools and processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with best practices.
**Financial Oversight and Support:**
+ Collaborate closely with IT Finance to manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and compliance with financial procedures.
+ Lead the effort to provide near real-time financial reporting of budget and actuals to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and responsiveness in financial performance.
+ Partner across National IT to consolidate financial data, track expenditures, and deliver timely and accurate budget forecasts and reports.
+ Ensure that financial information is consistently available to senior leadership for decision-making, enabling proactive management of IT resources.
+ Support budget compliance by monitoring financial performance, identifying variances, and proposing cost-saving measures.
+ Continuously enhance financial reporting workflows and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and deliverables.
+ Manage and develop a team responsible for financial reporting, fostering a collaborative environment that drives accuracy and innovation in financial processes.
**Leadership and Team Development:**
+ Provide leadership to the IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
+ Support professional development and mentoring within the IT team to cultivate a high-performing environment.

**Qualifications**
Required Education and Experience
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
+ Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Program Management, Finance, or IT management.
+ Leadership Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in Information Technology preferred, with a focus on financial management, project governance, and team management.
+ Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight within an IT organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ PMP, PgMP, ITIL, and/or Agile certifications highly desired.

+ Project Management: Expertise in managing complex IT projects and ensuring successful delivery.
+ Process Improvement: Adept at process improvement and leading interdepartmental teams through change management.
**Pay Range**
$59.67 - $86.52 /hour
