Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develops and maintains custom reports and dashboards using Configuration Manager (SCCM)/Intune and Power BI to meet business requirements. This includes client PCs, application inventory etc.Owns the EUC Service Delivery Scorecard reporting dashboard to drive operational excellenceCollaborates with the business and IT Service Teams to ensure accurate data collection and reportingOwns PC lifecycle reporting to enable accurate planning of PC hardware refreshesDesigns, implements and maintains client Operating Systems in a globally distributed environmentImplements and supports functions of Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM including Operating System Deployment, Scripts, Application Deployment, Software Updating, Collections etc.Implements and supports functions of Microsoft IntuneMonitors and maintains the health of the Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM environmentSupports the implementation of Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM infrastructure in remote branch locationsDelivers regular project updates including project status, next steps, accomplishments and issues on multiple projectsAdministers and supports the implementation of cloud-based desktop environmentsSupports the lifecycle management process across all EUC servicesExplores opportunities to automate repeatable processes to drive operational efficienciesService Desk activitiesPerforms service request execution from IT and business customersProvides Second and Third Level escalated support tickets from IT client techniciansSupports implementations through the change control processCreates Knowledge Base articles and communication for IT client technicians and end-usersRequired skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years working in Information TechnologyProficient in English, other languages are a plusProficient with Configuration Management (SCCM) Current Branch including:Infrastructure design and installationOperating System Deployment (OSD)Proven experience with Power BI including report development and data analysisStrong knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server/Windows ServerPowerShell scripting skillsExperience with Microsoft Intune/Co-Management environmentsDemonstrates advanced competencies for troubleshooting and problem solving, together with advanced customer and vendor/partner interface skillsITIL and/or other structured service management methodologies experienceFamiliar with project management methodologies/processesExperience in implementing and executing towards a Service Management Framework in a large organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focusDrive for results and learning on the flyGood listening skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines, managing a busy workload in a frequently changing environmentWorks independently, leading small to medium projects and leading or participating in department and/or group technology planningProvides input to the development of key support processesMicrosoft Certifications (MCSA/E, MD-102, PL-300) are a plusInternal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
