Summary of responsibilities: + Create, configure, maintain, and support the College of Nursing’s physical machines, as well as virtual machines for College of Nursing faculty. + Maintain Windows servers and manage Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SCCM and Intune. + Provide technical support for faculty, staff, and clinical software (e.g. eValue). + Deploy Windows OS to new computers and map network devices. + Manage the College's Help Desk system and respond to IT requests. + Troubleshoot and maintain printers, copiers, and office equipment. + Maintain and update IT inventory, digital signage, and internal database. + Assist with special projects, including: + Classroom AV upgrades + Clinic infrastructure setup + Simulation lab construction + Live streaming of college events Project & Operational Support: + Assist the Senior Executive Director with non-technical tasks, including planning and supporting construction projects and college events. + Coordinate with vendors and FAU’s OIT department for project execution. + Research, recommend and support technology purchase for the College. + Travel frequently to partner campuses (Davie, West Palm Beach and Harbor Branch).
