Job Responsibilities
Manage integrations with CRM, collaboration, and monitoring tools
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
Maintain internal information security and compliance standards
Install, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
Handle server administration, network management, and ensuring system uptime
Support cloud, virtualization, and containerized environments
Identify system enhancements, automation opportunities, and performance improvements
Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on system administration or related IT experience
Strong technical background in server, network, and security administration
Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud technologies, and containerization
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, or similar (an advantage)
IT-related degree preferred
