System Administrator 2 - TS/SCI with Poly

Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space?  If so, look no further.  We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team of passionate individuals.  In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.  

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.


Organized, efficient, experienced System Administrator will implement environments using popular technologies for a big-data enterprise service with a highly collaborative team. 

Required Skills\:

Must have strong CentOS 7 and Red Hat skills with willingness to transition to AWS environment.  Must be able to understand all the basic requirements of systems administration in support of a Linux environment. Strong Linux skills and experience in patch installations, IAVA, server certs, STE/STN compliancy, system maintenance, turning and troubleshooting. This position requires some on-call support.

Clearance Required\: 

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Minimum Education\:

 Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 

Minimum Years of Experience\: 

Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
