Description *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Robert Half is currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT System Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune, and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. This role is critical in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of both our on-prem and cloud-based systems, with a strong focus on modern device and identity management. Requirements: + 3–5+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support. + Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD). + Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance policies, and MDM/MAM. + Experience managing VMware and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure. + Familiarity with Windows Server environments and PowerShell scripting. + Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls). + Experience managing group policies, RBAC, and identity lifecycle across cloud and hybrid environments. + Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Requirements Day to Day: + Manage and support Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and monitoring. + Administer Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity, role-based access control, group policies, and secure authentication (MFA, SSO). + Use Microsoft Intune to deploy, secure, monitor, and manage endpoints (Windows, mobile, etc.) across the organization. + Configure and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualized environments. + Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations regularly across all platforms. + Implement conditional access policies, endpoint compliance, and mobile device management via Intune. + Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues within a hybrid infrastructure. + Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and access policies. *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
