Job Description
A large Utilities Company is looking for a System Administrator to join their Enterprise Application team. This individual will be responsible for managing various systems including Cornerstone On Demand LMS, Spectrum ERP, and First Stop Employee Engagement Tool. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include managing day to day operations of these systems including User Account Management & provisioning, system configurations, monitoring system upgrades, change control and troubleshooting. This individual will report on-site in Houston (Heights Area) 2 days a week and the hourly pay is $45/hr.

Skills and Requirements
5+ Years of experience as a System Administrator
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (i.e. Cornerstone On Demand and Spectrum)
Strong experience with provisioning and documentation related to System Administration
Previous experience providing support to all users Troubleshooting issues, Create and manage user accounts and system permissions
Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve user inquiries, and liaise with vendors or IT teams when needed
Experience identifying system requirements and installing upgrades
Experience with Security and Compliance regulations Experience working with Publicly traded companies
Experience with Cornerstone On Demand LMS
Experience with Spectrum ERP
Experience with FirstStep Employee Engagement Tool null
