Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Cisco Meraki networking, RingCentral VoIP, and Microsoft 365 services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional technical support to our employees. Title: System Administrator Location: Addison, Tx Pay: $40-50 per hour Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire + Network Management (Cisco Meraki): Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki network devices, including access points, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security across all company locations. + VoIP Administration (RingCentral): Manage and support the RingCentral phone system, including user provisioning, call routing, voicemail configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless communication. + Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring user access, data security, and efficient collaboration. + Endpoint Management: Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot company workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring software updates, security patches, and optimal performance. Requirements + Proficiency in core IT systems: Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows Server, etc.), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware. + Knowledge of relevant technologies: Familiarity with specific systems used by the organization, such as cloud platforms (O365), network devices (Cisco Meraki), and communication tools (RingCentral). + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with a focus on minimizing downtime. + Effective communication and documentation skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users, and maintain accurate system documentation.
