The Advanced technician, Production Planning & Control for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the creation of IA/BV schedules,  the creation and issuance of work orders, control of materials working closely with the supervisor and team to do so.

This position is part of the Production Operations team located in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Issue Work orders and associated documentation

Booking of material

IQ of finished good batches

Support generation of schedules

Support the implementation of Continuous improvements within the department

Generate and control of the cycle counting process and inventory control

Audit support

Training support in MRP systems

The essential requirements of this role include:

Leaving cert or equivalent

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in a Manufacturing or industrial environment.Knowledge of Oracle or an MRP system.Good knowledge of computer systemsCommunication with cross functional teams.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamCan manage change effectively
