We are seeking a System Administrator to provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers, provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and to remain involved in the resolution process. \n
Position requires an active TS\/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n
The schedule for this position will be 6 am to 6 pm Monday and Tuesday, OFF Wed\/Thurs, 6 am - 6 pm Fri\/Sat\/Sun, OFF Mon\/Tue, 6 am - 6 pm Wed\/Thurs and then it repeats. This candidate will need to be comfortable working e\/o weekend.\n
Required Skills: \n\nAbility to configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot both UNIX and Windows operating systems \nAbility to support IT systems to include day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution\nAbility to optimize system operations and resource utilization, and ability to perform system capacity analysis \nUnderstanding of computer networks with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document network connectivity and performance issues\nExperience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems\n\n
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and ten (10) years of system administration experience or fifteen (15) years' experience in lieu of degree. \n
IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required.\n
