Configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based server systems
Manage and maintain Active Directory
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
Identify and resolve technical issues
Assist in the implementation and management of client systems
Provide 3rd level support behind end-user support
Document IT processes and systems
Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for system administration
What You will Bring:
Fluent in German and English
At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
Deep knowledge in configuring and managing Windows and Linux server systems
Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices Experience with Active Directory and network services
