North Stone Subsidiary is looking for an experienced System Administrator - Team Lead to oversee ITA’s system administration team. This role involves leading system administration efforts, managing infrastructure projects, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead a team of System Administrators in supporting ITA’s IT environment.Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.Develop and enforce system administration policies and best practices.Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business goals.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, ITIL Foundation.Experience:7+ years in system administration with leadership experience.Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security.Leadership and team management skillsStrong interpersonal and mentoring abilitiesConflict resolution and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize and delegate tasks effectivelyCommunication and collaboration with senior stakeholders
