The System Analyst- Logistics has a technical background and experience with SAP warehouse management systems and applications and understands logistics processes in general. This role is responsible for analysing business needs and implement IT concepts and perform daily operational service activities.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\n\n\tMonitor and support logistics IT applications and operations for Hugo Boss own as well as 3rd party operated warehouses \n\tTrack and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis and develop problem solutions\n\tTransfer business requirements into IT concepts and implement those into SAP WM / LES / EWM\n\tPerform optimization and continuous improvement of information system for logistics and cross module functionalities using standard SAP tools\n\tAssist with testing activities including, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing\n\tParticipate in, manage, drive US and international IT related projects  \n\tCollaborate with regional and global IT as well as business teams\n\tContinuous refreshment and expansion of your own know-how in the defined area of responsibility

Your profile:

\n\tMinimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent required\n\tMinimum of 3 years business experience implementing/supporting business solutions using SAP WM-LES or SAP EWM (preferred in the retail or consumer goods industry). \n\tWell-funded, technical know-how, but also a good understanding of business processes in logistics like inbound, put-away, pick, pack, VAS, outbound, inventory management and transportation systems\n\tExperience in configuring SAP system for logistics business requirements\n\tWell versed with integration points between SAP WM/ECC and other modules\n\tSubstantial experience with SAP interface technologies like Idoc/ALE, CIF, RFC and able to analyse issues related to XML files, RF devices, labels and forms in SAP \n\tFamiliar with testing in SAP, including but not limited to unit, functional and integration testing with tools like Azure, Jira\n\tStrong oral and written communication skills in English for daily interactions with diverse teams\n\tFluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus\n\tAnalytical, independent, structured, and careful work attitude\n\tOrganizational talent\n\tAssertiveness mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage commitments and adjust to changing priorities
