The team
Work with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyze the overall business environment, business requirements, objectives, and needs Use systems. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
The role
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields At least 10 years of experience as Business/System Analyst with a few years in leading application development. (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred) Proficiency with Java, Spring boot, C++, C#.Net, .Net Core Visual Studio, Python or other similar reporting tools Jira, Confluence etc. Competent code reviews of code written by developers and able to point out document code defects and create code review logs. Adherence to coding standards and development guidelines Assist with the design and testing of systems and use requirement documents and solution design to come up with technical specifications document. Record and track team risks and issues and change logs, ensuring accurate information is maintained. Work closely with a team of product owners, designers, and other engineers to build class-leading experiences for our customers. Establish an effective working relationship with overseas development team.
