Responsibilities: * The System Analyst will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing, and developing systems, processes and procedures that address complex business requirements * Gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized systems designs, user stories and actionable solutions * Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, product teams, project management teams, engineering teams, and external vendors * Create technical documents (flow diagrams, state & sequence diagrams, etc.), as well as processes and procedures documentations * The System Analyst assists with gap identification, gap prioritization and gap solution design efforts after business requirements gathering and initial systems configuration and systems * Collaborates with internal and external technical teams to plan, design, and develop solutions
