IT Systems Support Analyst

A large manufacturing company in Reading, Pennsylvania is looking to hire a fulltime System Analyst to join their growing team. In this role you will be providing advanced technical support to end users. This position requires a strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, software applications, operating systems, Active Directory, Azure, and basic networking.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working with Windows Servers Proficient with Active Directory/Entra ID Strong skillset with M365 technologies Experience working with Virtualization - VMware Familiar with cloud technologies - Azure Basic network troubleshooting experience - VPNs/Vlans, routers/switches, ect.
