Responsibility:
• Provide end-to-end technical solutions using emerging technologies such as Cloud Native and Containerization.
• Design and develop prototypes to assess and validate technology decisions.
• Ensure software deliverables are aligned with the defined architecture, established standards, and quality practices.
• Troubleshoot existing deployed applications running in a production environment.
• Articulate business and technical solutions to audiences with varying technical levels of expertise.
• Manage and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in architecture, design & code reviews.
• Author technical white papers and technical documentation.

This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You must be able to work collaboratively with our project team in an Agile environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a desire to take on greater knowledge and responsibility.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in:
• .NET Framework
• .NET Core (version 6 or above)
• ASP.NET Core
• Designing Web APIs using REST patterns and practices
• Entity Framework Core (Code-First, Migrations, etc.)
• SQL Server
• Azure SQL
• Angular (version 11 and above)
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Experience architecting, designing, and programming applications using the .NET stack in both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability.
• Experience architecting systems using cloud-native methodologies, patterns, and practices.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience designing and developing relational database models using SQL Server.
• Experience deploying into Microsoft Azure (IaaS and SaaS)
• Experience working with stakeholders to define business goals and translate those into a technical cloud solution.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• Experience in creating DoDAF artifacts; high proficiency in creating diagrams to DODAF standards.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
