As the SE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, and management of sophisticated system models and processes to become standard throughout the organization. Your expertise will steer the development of an independent research and development (IR&D) open-system architecture.
In this dynamic role, you will:
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deploy model-based systems
engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques.
• Investigate Government Reference Architectures (GRAs): Provide program
inputs based on experience with and knowledge of existing GRAs.
• Guide Strategic Implementation: Provide strategic guidance on the most
effective models and levels of detail that will yield maximum value for the
project.
• Lead a small team of SEs to develop process documentation and a reference
architecture.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• In-depth system’s engineering expertise: Extensive experience with system
engineering tools and methodologies.
• Practical Insight: A keen understanding of how to leverage MBSE to optimize
project outcomes.
