Hourly Pay Range: $90.48 - $140.24. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Required Travel: local travel to Endeavor Health sites will be required for meetings and ongoing business (weekly).
Job Summary:
As the System Assistant Vice President of Health Informatics Partnerships at Endeavor Health, you will provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of technology solutions that support Population Health, the Clinical Integrated Network (CIN), and Physician Partners. This role will drive the integration of advanced technology to optimize clinical outcomes, enhance patient care, and improve operational efficiency. Serving as a bridge between clinical operations, IT, and healthcare disciplines, you will ensure that technology strategies align with the overall goals of the health system and meet the evolving needs of patients, partners and staff.
Reporting to the Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO), you will work collaboratively with the CMIO, CNIO, and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies. Your role will focus on leveraging technology to improve workflows, enable data-driven decisions, and support organizational priorities.
In this role, you will lead initiatives in informatics governance, Community Connect, and CIN technology integration, partnering with key clinical and quality stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing business requirements for technical platforms, reporting tools, and analytics that support the health system’s population health strategy. Emphasizing usability and efficiency, you will promote the consistent use of tools, workflows, and platforms that enhance the patient and clinician experience while advancing the organization’s goals of quality, efficiency, and user experience.
What you will do:
Oversight & Governance
Strategy Development Population Health and Clinical Integrated Network (CIN)
Develop and implement the IT roadmap for Population Health, CIN, and Physician Partners, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall clinical and operational strategies.
Establish KPIs and metrics for the informatics partners program
Analyze and promote strategic organizational successes through published articles and presentations.
Solution Implementation Oversight:
Drives end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and developing and leading teams for high performance outcomes.
Provides implementation, testing, support, and deployment; technical and workflow guidance; and serves as a subject matter expert for all issues regarding the assigned portfolio.
Ensure integration and interoperability of IT platforms across physician practices and partner networks to support seamless data sharing and clinical workflows.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of IT systems supporting Population Health and CIN, including electronic health records (EHR), patient registries, and care management tool.
Reviews and monitors existing solutions and systems periodically; makes system optimization recommendations to help meet business needs; and implements required system upgrades to support staying current on versions of functionality.
Governance, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Synergy Management
Partner to design the business requirements for platforms to aggregate clinical and claims data across a variety of organizations including payers, hospitals, medical group and independent physicians.
Oversee and provides analytical guidance to evaluate payer agreement terms in conjunction with system leadership.
Partner with data & analytics team on clinical and financial models to support the performance management hub along with value-based care portfolio of products.
Partners with other fellow management teams identify synergies and opportunities for improvement and work with vendors to ensure upgrades and configuration changes are maintained and accurate.
Supports IT operations through contributions to activities such as: Capital and Operating budgets, policy and procedure development and maintenance, talent management and acquisition, sustaining relationships with operational stakeholders, governance activities, and other duties as assigned.
Population Health & CIN partnership
Oversee the Population Health and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Program Director to develop solutions based on large health claims and risk datasets such as eligibility data, medical claims, EMRs and prescription drug claims data from multiple different sources.
Analyze and prepare periodic performance statements (both quality and financial) at both the aggregate system level and individual Risk Bearing Organization (RBO) level.
Partner to develop physician level reporting to identify performance against established quality, utilization and risk coding parameters identifying the biggest opportunities for improvement to drive overall performance.
Conducts feedback sessions with end-users to understand workflows, business needs and user needs; translates business requirements into proper specifications for ease of business operations. Contribute to or lead governance committees to collaborate with key stakeholders about priority and workload.
Community Connect
Oversee and set the overall strategy for the community connect program.
Support collaboration of Community connect teams to organization for efficiencies and organizational strategic initiatives.
Partner with community connect providers to guide growth of the community connect program.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Informatics, Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in Biology, Informatics, Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field.
Experience:
Seven (7) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries.
Five (5) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.
Experience using and/or with the portfolio of responsibility.
Ten (10) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system or relevant related industries (preferred)
Eight (8) or more years of senior leadership experience (preferred)
