About the Role

Be responsible for the improvement of systems to establish efficient and streamlined schedules and budgets. Stay ahead by adapting to regulatory shifts and market evolutions, establishing the benchmark for magnificent business operations. Deliver outstanding technological solutions promptly, ensuring outstanding system integrity for both Business and IT, positioning AIA among the top three in the Indonesian market. Maintain the highest level of quality assurance resources, solutions, costs, and schedules for system modifications, and offer automated solutions for rapid deployment with minimal system errors. Contribute to upholding Group standards and implementing the System Design Life Cycle to ensure the finest system delivery.

Provide Non Stratplan system enhancement management to define best and simplified target date, timeline, and cost. Align with new regulatory, market changes and become pioneer of seamless business process.Provide best technology deliverable in time manner and ensure system qualty for both Business and IT so AIA can lead and listed in top 3 the in Indonesia market.Own best quality assurance resources, solution, cost and timeline for all non stratplan company system changes and provide automation solution for fast and minimum system defects.Responsible to align with Group standard and run System Design Life Cycle for best system delivery.Take action to build strong engagement with Local Management, SLT, Group, Local Business, Vendors and within internal IT by having intense communication and solution discussion for any business needs and IT needs.Own every Breakthrough enhancement execution to bring value when serving business especially during critical projects/enhancement/bugs by ensuring projects/enhancements are delivered within agreed timeline and willing to work over the time to catch path to green.Follow Indonesia working days and committed to deliver system enhancement and technology delivery with good quality within tight targeted timeline.To develop internal Breakthrough operating policies and procedures and ensures they are well documented for use and referenced by associates. To follow and comply with group and local IT Standard Operating Procedures, service level standards, compliance and security policies, and methodologies including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Able and willing to convince local Finance approval for any adhoc Breakthrough in case of require additional budget from local CFO.Build good relationship and communication with local Strategic and Finance team to ensure same ownership level of the projects.Fully accountable and take action during system development audit that related to Breakthrough enhancements.Lead and drive business and convince management level on the best project plan given by Transformation team which can only achieve by having good relationship within AIA IT and Business.Take action as PIC from Breakthrough area to response and provide evidence to audit team by collaborating with Head of BSA, Head of Delivery, Head of Testing and IT Governance Team.Responsible to ensure IT Collaboration within Breakthrough Team and fluent communication in Bahasa Indonesia with maturity level across AIA Indonesia which includes but is not limited to:Requirement defining and provide best, simplified business process for all business process/system process changes.Simplified & efficient technology delivery, comply with AIA local and Group standards.Provide manual and automation quality assurance for all AIA Indonesia system changesComplete SDLC documentations for all changes across AIA Indonesia.Complete and ensure UATResponsible for creating, managing, and recruiting highly skilled experts, Breakthrough Collaborator with specific qualification fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.Establish awareness of AIA standard system enhancement to enable SDLC within AIA Indonesia through education and evangelization on the value of SDLC and how to improve future business outcome.Drive delivery of business cases, plans for IT Breakthrough & Business initiatives.Contribute to vendor and solution evaluation for IT Breakthrough solution selection and implementationLeverage best practices and developments from other BUs where appropriate to drive lower cost on IT Breakthrough.Strategic thinking  and leading of proposed business process, system solution, testing solution and challenge vendor to achieve effective and efficient technology solution.Facilitate deep dive discussion with IT personel, business users need and disclose business process difficulties in both Digital Application and backend system (iPOS X, Activity Management system, Life Asia, Compensation, etc).Give assurance and convince business regarding to their needs will be fulfilled within certain period and lead the Breakthrough team to find the mitigation.Willing to deliver and involved during incident caused by latest Breakthrough enhancement and find mitigation to make sure business continuity during incident especially for critical system i.e iPOS X, Activity Management System, Life Asia, Compensation system.Able to decide and deliver the best project plan within specific and short timeline in order to meet regulation/management/risk requirements and agreed by local management and local SLT.Lead and release blocker in day to day activity discussion regarding to requirements from adhoc management demand, projects with close communication & good quality of engagement.Propose, manage IT breakthrough budget, including drafting and executing its budget, developing its organizational structure.Optimize cost of organization-wide technology solution through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources.Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates performance of internal/external , liaises with external training vendor and HR in enhancing team soft and hard skills; reviews individual potential and capability to ensure availability of competent human resources and increase divisional performance.To handle integrated or minor/medium/major AIA Non stratplan project management and execution by ensuring detailed user requirements are collected, effective and efficient solution, SIT and UAT are delivered and  assist in user training and deployment preparation for the end users.
