We are looking for someone with: 

Bachelor Degree, majoring Management Information will be preferred. Economic Concentration Risk Management All other disciplines that can be associated with the development of the system. Having experience minimum 1 – 2 years as Business Analyst. Have deep knowledge to the Life Insurance sectors. Have an interest in or Development System Computer literate with good Analytical ability and good communication Honest and have high integrity Good skill in operating the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good in English (written and oral)

Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will: 

Oversee user and complaints issues within team, and effectively handle and resolve user.Regularly review the user complaints report and identify appropriate resolution or action plan for continues improvements and avoid repetitive user complaints in the futureConduct interviews, hire new staff, and nurture an environment where the team can excel through encouragement and empowermentAdopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environmentLead and supervise the teams performance in doing projects to improve the process so that the project can be completed on time with results as expectedActively supply uat progress result and report for Data Analytics Function in order to ensure achievement of project effectiveness.
