Summary This System Director position will be responsible for formulary management and utilization review across the enterprise. This includes facilitation System P&T and developed an annual plan for acute care drug utilization improvements. Additionally, there will be elements of leading system medication safety work. Responsibilities facilitate System P&T seek out physician champions on key initiatives review evidenced based guidelines, find and implement cost containment strategies Requirements, Preferences and Experience pharmacy degree.
