**Description** PeaceHealth is seeking an innovative, mission-driven leader for the role of System Director of Revenue Analytics and Strategic Insights. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, this leader will apply advanced analytics and ML/AI to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize revenue performance. The System Director will support PeaceHealth's mission of delivering safe, compassionate care by fostering data-driven approaches that enhance operational efficiency and financial sustainability across payer contracting, revenue cycle, and value-based care. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** 1. Strategic Analytics and Insight Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive analytics framework that applies predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to reveal trends, anticipate challenges, and create a forward-looking view of revenue opportunities and risks. 2. Cross-Functional Data Synthesis: Collaborate with leadership to transform complex data into insights that inform business strategy and support PeaceHealth’s mission. Produce meaningful, synthesized reports that clarify key revenue drivers and empower strategic decision-making across functions. 3. Advanced Forecasting and Modeling: Create sophisticated forecasting models that incorporate machine learning to provide accurate revenue projections, taking into account variables such as market dynamics, payer patterns, and regulatory factors. 4. Operational Intelligence and Efficiency: Design and implement analytics solutions to identify performance improvement areas within the revenue process. Use data-driven insights to support initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase value. 5. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish a data-driven framework for evaluating revenue performance, with clear metrics and benchmarks that enable ongoing improvement. Ethical and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all analytics practices are conducted with a high level of ethical responsibility, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, including HIPAA. 9. Performs other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** + Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or similar concentration, required. + Master's Degree Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management, preferred. **EXPERIENCE** + Minimum of 10 years progressive management experience required. **CREDENTIALS** + EPIC Certification preferred. **REQUIRED SKILLS** + Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on revenue optimization within healthcare. + Skilled in data synthesis, visualization, and reporting techniques that clarify complex information for strategic stakeholders. + Proven experience in developing predictive models and employing ML/AI to enhance forecasting and operational intelligence. + Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across functions and levels, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and alignment with PeaceHealth’s mission. + Deep understanding of revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and associated regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, JCAHO), ensuring analytics and insights are developed within the context of compliance and industry standards. + Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights. + Commitment to PeaceHealth’s mission, values, and vision of compassionate, community-centered care. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is **$197,341 – $247,312** .
