Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

System NPI engineer will have 2 main roles-

*System expert for X-Ray multi-disciplinary product including Mechanical\Electronical\Motion-Control\Pneumatics and optics system.

*Supporting escalations and debugging part failures and system level failures on a highly complexed system, also will be designing improved parts for legacy products.

*Contribute to and work the product marketing and the division’s strategic plans to clarify the market need in terms of system requirements
*Understanding deeply the technical aspects of the system (HW/Algo/SW) and our customers use-cases to provide robust technical capabilities to our customers requirements

* Manufacturing NPI moving design from US-based design HQ to IL MFG facility, including and not limited to MFG process vendor implementation and support, *BOM control with division NPI and Failure analysis.

*Work both on site in Migdal Haemek and Via Zoom with US, including trips to California for training and alignment meeting about 10% of yearly work.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

*BSc in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Master degree - advantage

*Experience in system engineering- at least 3 years

*English writing and speaking in very high proficiency

*Familiarity with Python or other programming language

*Strong communication and influencing skills, able to "hold the room" and lead meetings.

*Experience with X-Ray-Advantage

*Semi-conductor industry and Clean room environment experience-Advantage
