System Engineer 3- TS/SCI with Poly

The Data Team is focused on modernizing business IT systems that currently span multiple databases, user interfaces, and data formats. The team will initially focus on documenting existing systems and creating a plan to migrate to a new platform.  The second phase includes the migration of business data from the legacy systems to the new platform.

Responsibilities\: 
The SE3 will be responsible for documenting entity relationships, data dictionaries, system interfaces, and data flows.  They will work with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to document existing workflows and recommend optimizations to the platform and workflows based on user needs.

Clearance Required\: 

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Minimum Education\: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 

Minimum Years of Experience\: 

Twenty (20) years of SE experience is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree for a total of twenty-five (25) years experience.

Preferred\: 

Oracle Knowledge of existing BM&A systems * Database design/operations/maintenance Reverse engineering Data normalization and cleansing Data analysis and visualization Data security
