Description Robert Half is currently seeking skilled Systems Engineer with at least 5 years of experience managing diverse IT infrastructures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing Windows server environments, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and networking infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a proactive mindset for automating and improving system operations. Requirements + Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, file/print servers, and line-of-business application servers. + Manage virtualized environments using VMware ESXi/vSphere (or Hyper-V), including VM provisioning, host clustering, and performance/resource management. + Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki switches, wireless access points, SonicWall TZ firewalls, or PFSense/Netgate appliances. + Perform Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage hybrid setups with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Azure-based services. + Utilize Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to manage endpoints, enforce policies, and support secure provisioning across distributed workforces. + Write or adapt PowerShell scripts and use Power Automate to streamline system administration and routine tasks. + Monitor and manage security tools including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Cloud Apps, and implement DLP strategies across cloud and on-prem environments.
