Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer - Modeler to join our intel team. The System Engineer will join a high performing agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. The selected individual will work with a team of Model Based Systems Engineers utilizing DODAF and System Modeling Language (SysML) methodology. They must effectively negotiate and brief various individuals to include company POCs, customers, partners, and subcontractors in the effort to develop a comprehensive architecture artifact. The selected individual must have strong interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire and successfully work with various diverse, Agile development teams. She/he must be team-oriented and focused on supporting the strategic goals of our customer.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 8 years of related experienceAt least 5 years of direct work experience with Systems Engineering Modeling toolsAt least 5 or more years of experience working with SAFe for large systems developmentExperience simulating system engineering modelsFamiliarity with DODAF 2.0Experience transitioning legacy systems into new architecturesExperience communicating with and briefing executive levels
