North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Engineer to support ITA’s IT infrastructure. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing IT systems, ensuring they align with ITA’s mission and security standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Design and implement system architectures for cloud and on-premises environments.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 3 support.Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.Manage IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and server systems.Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure NIST and FedRAMP compliance.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, VMware Certified Professional, or AWS/Azure certifications.Experience:5+ years in IT systems engineering.Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks.Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyCommunication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to mentor and guide junior engineers
