Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to delivery all customer projects adapting technology from platform core to customer applications.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)
Experience: 5+ years experience in System Development (any one sub-system for Powertrain) * Handling Team of 3-5 members
Technology: Adapt platform solution into customer projects. Conduct gap analysis and suggest solutions in consultation with platform team.
Project Management: Ensure all projects/programs are delivered within
scope/timeline/quality/cost
Quality Management: Documentation for Project reviews, Participate in Quality
gates, finalize System Release documentation.
Risk Management: Preparation for B panel meetings & resolve escalations of
