Main Responsibilities:Compiling of technical specifications for gate driver designsCircuit design of gate drivers including selection and evaluation of suitable componentsLayout of printed circuit boards including compilation of related production data for external manufacturing partnersLow and high voltage evaluation of gate driver designsReview an analysis of competitor productsCompiling of related gate driver documentation in Chinese and English languageVisiting customers for support and demand creation (in conjunction with Sales) General Responsibilities: Technical support towards Sales and MarketingTechnical support towards customers and business partnersCommunication and bridging function between customer, sales and marketingCompilation of technical papers and editorials including of presenting them at public conferencesAttendance at exhibitions as technical peer for customers and business partnersGiving trainings for internal and external customersVisit customer for demand creation Education and work experience:Degree in electrical engineering or other deep technical background in power electronics2 years of relevant experience Professional expertise:Experience in power electronics especially related to gate drivers and inverter systems and/or IGBT and MOSFET technologiesExperience in circuit design and layout of printed circuit boards with CAD systems like for instance Altium DesignerExperience in characterization of gate drivers, power semiconductors and/or inverter system Soft skills: Proven capability in handling complex projects and being effective while interfacing with different teamsVery good command of spoken and written EnglishBe willing and having the flexibility to travel on demandAbility in promoting and demand creation at customer
